Every item in our inventory can be turned into a group rental. For example, tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, 2-burner stoves, backpacks, etc.​​
Policies for customized group orders:
Payment: 20% deposit to reserve. Remaining balance due 7 days prior to pickup.
Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled up to 7 days prior to pickup. 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of pickup
Item retention rate: At our discretion. In most cases, you can remove up to 5 items at pickup for full refund of the items.
Order modifications: At our discretion. We're very flexible and we don't really have a policy in place for this. Request modifications as needed, but please stay within reason.
